While dragging my garbage can back to it's spot, I had the opportunity to meet my neighbors and their cute kids! Turns out that they will be in our ward! She is a teacher for the District and he is a French Pastry chef at Bouchon Bakery located in the Venetian.
I expressed my love of pastries. . .French, of course. . .and later this evening; he stopped by with all of this deliciousness! Seriously, so kind and so very generous! How did we get so lucky?!!
Macarons?! Seriously thought I died and went to Paris!

oh my heck that looks amazing. All we get from our neighbors are dirty looks most the time. We have the typical 'Las vegas unfriendly' neighbors.
